Living Area

The living room is open to the kitchen and has comfy sectional couch with a big screen TV. The spiral staircase leads down to the 3rd ground floor bedroom/sitting/play area which is great for the kids to hang out. There is also a fuzzball table for family fun.

3 Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. Across the hallway, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and has full over full bunk and twin trundle bed. The sofa also folds out for extra sleeping. The 3rd bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and a laundry room too. The ground floor 3rd bedroom also has an outside entrance. No TV's in upstairs Bedrooms but there is one in the ground floor room.

3 Bathrooms

Two of the bathrooms are ensuite. The Master bathroom has a shower, the hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the third bathroom has a tub/shower combo

Kitchen

The kitchen is open to the living room and has lots of windows for extra light. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There is a dining table to seat 4 and an island as well for extra counter space.

Pool/Outdoors

The upstairs deck gets lots of sun. There are some patio chairs. Downstairs is shaded with a BBQ grill and a utility sink for cleaning your fresh catch of the day or rinsing off sea shells. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is a shared pool for the Sunday Villas. The laundry room is downstairs

Parking

Parking for 2 vehicles only. There is limited overflow parking at the swimming pool. Curb parking is not allowed
